LEKA Michael R. Leka, age 66, of Trumbull, died suddenly on Saturday, September 9, 2006 at St. Vincent‚s Medical Center. Born on June 21, 1940 in New York, N.Y., he was a son of Dhimetra Pani Leka of Salisbury and the late Theodore Leka and was a retired manager for the Raytheon Co. Mr. Leka was a proud member of the Park City Pride Drum Corps. and was also an avid fisherman. Michael was very devoted to the love and care of his family and will be sadly missed. In addition to his mother, survivors include his devoted wife of 42 years, Lillian Gaudett Leka; his cherished daughter, Michele Lewis and her husband, James, of Sound Beach, N.Y.; two brothers, Paul Leka and his wife, Angie, of Sharon and George Leka and his wife, Geraldine, of Trumbull; a sister, Evelyn Kreta and her husband, Fr. John Kreta, of Sharon; mother-in-law, Helen Gaudett of Trumbull; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law; as well as many dear friends.
