The following is the obituary for Bob Buzan, former member of Park City Pride drum line. Park City Pride members marched with Bob when we were with The Troubadors and he will be sadly missed.

BUZAN Robert Buzan, age 56, of Meriden, entered into eternal rest at his home on July 20, 2009. He was a beloved son, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend to all who knew him and his presence in our lives will be sorrowfully missed. Bob was born January 29, 1953 to the late Antonio and Maria Favretto Buzan, and resided in Connecticut his entire life. He graduated from Bullard- Haven Votec School, Bridgeport, in 1970 and went on during his career to work for Perkin- Elmer, Wiltek, and most recently as an AV Custom technician for Take 5 Audio in New Haven. Bob was also an accomplished drummer, and was a line snare drummer for the Trumbull Troubadours, as well as the Milford Shoreliners Drum Corps. His love of drum corps also enabled him to become a judge in many local and distant drum corps competitions. Bob had a gift of an audiophile's ear that became a passion of his throughout his life. Being able to set up a sound system be it a stereo or the PA system of a band was a fine art to Bob. He could decipher the nuances of sound through speakers placement, equalization, and achieve the best balance of sound. Everyone who had the pleasure of sitting in front of Bob's speakers and enjoy a fine opera or the heaviest of metal album knew undoubtedly of his talent. Left to mourn his passing are his sister, Ann Jaekle, and her companion, Michael Bauco, of Bridgeport; two brothers, Franco Buzan, and his wife, Sharon Rooney Buzan, of Stratford, Edward Buzan, and his companion Nancy Felix, of Milford; his nephew, William Schaffer, and niece, Melissa Buzan; many aunts and uncles including, Sergio and Pina Favretto, of Boynton Beach, Fla.
